Volunteers and Park Workers Recycling Christmas Trees in Riverside Park in January 2008
New York City's 2008 "Mulchfest" took place on January 5th & 6th, 2008. Park workers and volunteers throughout the five boroughs collected Christmas trees and recycled them into mulch.
